Regulating and measurement station

This type of station purpose is to provide pressure control and measurement of gas volume supplied to distribution nets. They are composed of pressure regulating valves, over or/and under pressure automatic blocking valves (SSV’s), relief valves, filters, flow meters and other several instruments, varying according to the complexity of the final application.
Each station is individually designed, in agreement to the precision and safety levels demanded for the operation type, attending national and international standards.
Stations are mounted on skids, facilitating their transportation and installation. Stations’ start-up adjustments can be followed by Gascat technicians or by the user company technicians, specifically trained for this purpose.

HATHOR – Underground Regulating Station

The last equipment designed by Gascat’s engineering is the Underground Regulating Station model HATHOR. It is a compact station supplied in only one cartridge that can reduce the pressure and filter the gas. The project has a slam shut-off incorporated with fail close actuator that offers to the client equipment more safety. Beyond that, the project has several different devices to assure that any kind of accident will happen during the use by the technician.
Designed for underground installation the station HATHOR can be supplied with double or single stream, depending on the client’s project and necessity. The cartridge responsible for the station operation has interchangeability; it allows the technician a short time for maintenance service and assures to the company a non-stop in gas supply.
HATHOR station also has other important characteristics as environmental impact reduction, low noise level, less space for installation, safety cover for non-authorized person etc.

Underground and Compact BOX STATION

The underground and compact BOX Stations also are a new development of Gascat’s engineering. It is a perfect solution for residential areas and small companies. It does not offer any violation possibility because of the special cover screw.

COMPACT STATIONS

Concerning with environment Gascat launches in the market several compact products that allow manufacture a compact station for filtration and pressure reduction. The reason is to use less space and becoming the installation easier and not aggressive.
