In this month of november, GASCAT won MSGAS BID to supply the Pressure Regulating Station, Pressure Controling and Metering of Natural Gas to be installed in the Eldorado Industry Brasil, megaproject of cellulose, located in Tres Lagoas city / MS.

GASCAT designed the Station to operate with flow of 35000 Nm3/h of natural gas and inlet pressure of 60kgf/cm2, using all equipment with class rating 600#.

The Station will be compound by a series of "skids” as the modules of PIG launcher and receiver, two filtration modules, one heating module for composite gas for two indirect water bath heater, two pressure regulating modules with active and monitor configuration with 8 pressure regulators, two metering modules with 4 turbine meters and one flow limiter module.

The scope includes a supervisory system, for the operational control of the Station, that will monitor all equipment and the 4 flow computers for volume correction.

Beyond the Station will be supplied an underground set of blocking valves beind one of these valves actuated by the gas of the process.
