It is with great pride that GASCAT announces the implementation of its own Machining Centre, this August 2021, with new CNC's equipment in partnership with “ROMI” company (Brazilian Manufacture), bringing high efficiency and performance technology. 

Gascat's strategy of verticalizing the Machining process comes from constant studies by our team of engineers and Gascat Management, who seek to strengthen our production structure and demonstrate long-term commitment to our customers. 

With this, we visualize several improvements:

• Greater mastery over the processes; improving the dimensional accuracy of parts, directly impacting on increased productivity, with lower production cost, making us a much more competitive company.
• Reduction in delivery times and increase of production capacity;  and mainly
• Improvement continues in the quality standards of our products worldwide. 

Allied to this investment, experienced programming professionals were hired; operation and metrology, in addition to programming software and high precision metrological measurement equipment with the objective of inspecting 100% of the machined parts, thus ensuring the highest reliability in the assembly and performance of our Pressure Regulators.  In search of more productivity and lower costs, we take the opportunity to announce that we will soon have news in the painting process of our pressure regulators.
