GASCAT, a leader in solutions for pressure control and reduction in gas networks, uses STAKKAbox™ ULTIMA Connect technology in underground pressure reduction station projects. This solution offers significant gains in safety, durability, and ease of installation, especially in urban applications where space is limited and the infrastructure needs to be discreetly integrated into the environment.

The ULTIMA Connect system consists of modular chambers made of high-strength composite material, designed to replace traditional steel structures. Among its main advantages are its low weight, high mechanical resistance, immunity to corrosion, and the possibility of quick assembly in the field, significantly reducing construction time.

Another important feature of this box model is its integrated drainage system. The structure has a configuration that allows the natural entry and exit of water, functioning as a type of drain, which prevents the permanent accumulation of water inside the chamber. In this way, any infiltration or rainwater can drain naturally into the soil, contributing to the preservation of the installed equipment and reducing the need for maintenance interventions.

By integrating this technology into its underground stations, GASCAT is able to implement more compact and efficient solutions for housing critical distribution system equipment, such as pressure regulators, shut-off valves, and associated instrumentation. Furthermore, the system's modularity allows for easy adaptation of the chamber dimensions to the specific needs of each project.
